VHCA-VCAL Cancellation & Late Fees: Cancellations for credit card payments are subject to a 10% service fee. All other cancellations received by the registration deadline will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the specified registration deadline, but no later than three working days prior to the program, will receive a refund of one-half the cost of registration. Substitutions are always welcome. Refunds will be granted as follows: Full refund if received by the specified deadline; one-half of the registration fee if cancellation received three working days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds or credits will be granted if cancellation is received after the three working days deadline.
